Peppy is everything her name implies:) We believe her to be around a year old and she was surrendered with Foxy because their owner had a change in situation and felt she had too many animals to care for. Peppy just wants to be loved and have someone love her back. She will make a great companion. Peppy is a tiny little dog and just a bit timid and would probably do best in a family with older children or no children. Shelter life is hard on tiny dogs but Peppy is keeping her spirits about her. In a perfect world Peppy and Foxy would continue their journey together because they are a good support for one another.
