Learn more about the Labrador Retriever. We are posting Oats for his owner because Town and Country is at full capacity and we are not able to take him into the shelter. Oats is a 3 year old loving male. He has grown up around children and does well in a family atmosphere. Oats' owner loves him very much and realizes because of a change in family circumstances that Oats needs more then she can provide.
