Hello my name is Penelope and I was found wondering the streets of Orland. I am a bit shy for now, probably because everyone at Dr Dana's luv's me and it feels good but strange...Anyway I am about 3 1/2 months old and I think I am a Shepard mix, but I do know I am cute and would love a secure loving home.
